The location of the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella Boss is in the south-western section of Ainsel River. It may be reached from the Ainsel River Well. The nearest Grace Site is the Ainsel River Downstream Grace Site. To reach there, start with the Eastern Tableland Site of Grace. It is located in Liurnia to the east of the lake. The Ainsel River Well may be reached by heading northeast from the Site. Enter the Ainsel River Well and go to the Underground Section. Follow the path that leads to a Tunnel System from there. There may be foes such as Giant Ants. I recommend avoiding them entirely if you want to go to the Location of Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella in Elden Ring as soon as possible.

There may be a Fork in the Tunnel System. From there, do the right flip. Continue on the route until you reach a cave with a building-like structure. Enter it and go up the stairwell. Continue on the route until you reach the Ainsel River Sluice Gate Site of Grace. Before you reach the Grace, there may be a right turn that goes to an elevator. Go to it and descend; this may lead you to the Uhl Palace Ruins. Follow the route from here until you come into a large opponent.

Follow the route to the left until you reach the Ainsel River Downstream Site of Grace. If you continue on the route, you will come to a big Cave. Take a right and go to the Tunnel; there may be another Fork and you must take the Right flip. From there, make an immediate left turn. You will enter a Cave section with several Corpses and one large one seated on a Throne. When you get close to it, the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella Boss will unveil himself to you.
