What is Life Energy in Lost Ark?
Life energy is basically your stamina in a lot of ways. After going through the game’s beginning tutorial and picking your class, you’ll be thrown into the first town of the game. A lot of helpful tips will pop up about your class, including items that your character will need, throughout the game. One very important thing to keep your eye on is a little green bar that sits between your health and mana bars. This bar is known as your Life Energy, and it slowly depletes after doing tasks. As it is with energy consumption in any game, if you run out of energy, you can’t do a task.
What Consumes Life Energy?
When you first start the game, tasks only use little energy. However, at higher character levels, it starts to get consumed much faster, and even simple things start requiring it. Gathering and mining will consume 50 pieces of energy for instance. Chopping down wood and fishing consumes 100 pieces of energy as well. These numbers are the usual amount that is consumed but it’s different in each location or region of the game.
Life Energy is also consumed by the skills you use in the game. Fortunately, the game offers several ways to replenish your energy as well.
How to Restore Life Energy
The usual way to restore life energy is by waiting 10 minutes and 30 pieces of energy will be restored. But if you don’t feel like waiting, there are some faster ways to restore the meter. One of the faster ways is called Crystalline aura. The item can only be found in the shop and in some of the founder packs. This item helps restore your life energy 10% faster than normal which will still have you waiting a bit. The second way is a bit easier to obtain – a series of different potions.
Two of the potions can be obtained in the store as weekly items. Both Leap Essence and the Minor Life Energy potions can be purchased and help restore life energy. You can acquire these positions just by doing the quest and get lucky if get some as a reward. They can also be purchased in the store with blue gems.
