With superheroes on the rise in the gaming world, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a title that many comic fans are excited about. The opportunity to assemble a hand-picked team of Marvel superheroes in a tactical shooter is certainly appealing. Yet, still, some players are unsure if they want to pay the full price for the experience right away. That is why many gamers are wondering if Marvel’s Midnight Suns is on Game Pass. You may not like it, but we have the answer to that question below.

Is Marvel’s Midnight Suns on Game Pass?

Unfortunately, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is not on Game Pass. Furthermore, developers Firaxis and Publisher 2K Games have not commented or confirmed whether Marvel’s Midnight Suns will arrive on Game Pass in the future. If you want to play the game, the only way to currently do so is to purchase it for PC, Nintendo Switch, or PlayStation and Xbox consoles. With that said, there is some speculation as to why and when the game might possibly be introduced.

Firaxis, developer of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, has seen its previous games show up on Game Pass. Notably, XCOM 2 and Sid Meier’s Civilization VI both popped up on the subscription service for a time. Granted, it was well after their initial release. So, it’s not completely out of the picture for Marvel’s Midnight Suns to join the ranks. However, if it does, it most likely won’t be for some time.

If publisher 2K Games is any indication, their annual sports titles typically arrive on Game Pass six months to one year after the game’s initial release. Most of the time, it’s just before the next annual game is set to launch. Now, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is not a sports game, nor is it expecting annual releases, so it’s hard to correlate this information. But, using what we know, our best guess is that Marvel’s Midnight Suns will not be available on Game Pass until the second half of 2023.
