How to use the GTA Online Sonar Station to find hidden treasure caches
After entering your Kosatka, you can operate the GTA online sonar station by approaching the helm controls (joystick and screens), sitting down and following the drive prompt. After entering the external view, a message will appear to toggle sonar. When you press it, the scan will be overlaid on your mini map, showing the location of the hidden cache. You can also open the main map and set the waypoint as a hidden cache when it appears for easy tracking.
Although you can drive the Kosatka to a hidden Cache place, you cannot actually retrieve it from the bottom of the sea while still inside the submarine. The easiest way to reach them is to install a Kraken Avisa minisub or Pegassi Toreador amphibious car installed within your moon pool, then start the vehicle and dive into the ocean floor to collect hidden Cache by driving towards it. There are 10 hidden caches for collection every day, and each provides an appropriate amount of RP and cash for retrieval.
