To fill in holes in Enshrouded, you’ll need three pieces of equipment: A Rake, a Construction Hammer, and a Pickaxe. To craft a Rake, you’ll need the following items:

  • 6 Wood Logs
  • 2 String
  • 2 Stone

You’ll also need a Construction Hammer, which you only need one stone for. Finally, you’ll need a Pickaxe. To make a Basic Pickaxe, you need:

  • 1 Stone
  • 4 Twigs
  • 1 String

Once you have those items, you are good to go! You’ll need the Pickaxe to mine dirt and obtain dirt blocks, which you’ll need to fill in holes in Enshrouded. With the Construction Hammer in hand, press TAB and then ALT to bring up the terrain materials menu. From there, you can add a chunk of terrain to the ground in whatever size you like. Not only that, but you can also remove chunks of terrain by using the Construction Hammer.

Using a left-click, you will add the terrain to the chosen area. You can quickly reverse this by using right-click on your mouse, which will remove the terrain you’ve placed.

It’s important to note that if you are terraforming outside your base, the terrain will eventually return to how it originally was, so you don’t have to worry about flattening it back out.

That’s everything you need to know about how to fill holes in Enshrouded. This simple trick allows you to get the perfect terrain for your base building, so you can craft items as and when you need.

Have fun building the perfect base in Enshrouded!
