Although Genshin Impact’s promotional codes seem to be randomly distributed, miHoYo seems to release them frequently, always making sure to release new codes during live broadcasts and special announcements. Some promotional codes will be brand new, but usually, miHoYo simply “reactivates” a code, allowing players to claim it again.
Promo codes must be redeemed for Genshin Impact through the miHoYo website, but the process is very simple except for registering an account and linking it to a specific account in the game. Some promo codes that are valid as of March 25, 2021 have not changed since February, but players who have not claimed them can still get these Primogems in time to get the latest characters.

How to redeem Genshin Impact Promo Codes
Once on the official Genshin Impact website, players will find the “Redeem Code” tab near the upper right corner of the page. Players need to register a miHoYo account and link it to their character and in-game account before redeeming the code, otherwise it is as simple as selecting the correct region and name from the drop-down menu. After successfully entering the code, the player will receive a message on the website “Code successfully redeemed!”
If the player has already claimed the code, the message will still appear, but the player will receive an in-game letter stating that the code has been redeemed. Otherwise, travelers will find a message containing a reward package in their game inbox.
